Youth Work
Soakers are a group of young minds exploring the greatness of God. The children are encouraged to recognise their gifts from God. To accomplish this we have put together a program, key elements are:
- Prayer, listening to God by “soaking” then documenting what he says in journals.
- Learning about the great men and women of God, using various craft activities and studying the Bible to make this learning fun.
- Discussing what God wants us to learn from this, what he was doing at the time and how this is relevant today.
Courses
We run an
Alpha Course. Alpha an opportunity to investigate whether God exists; what happens after death; to understand other peoples' beliefs or explore what the purpose of life is.
